First topic message reminder :

This Tournament will be hold to decide which 2 members will take the last spots left in the Shooting Quasar Dragon Dorm.
The 2 finalists will be invited to join the Shooting Quasar Dragon Dorm.
This Tournament will be "Double Elimination". Meaning that you are still in the Tournament after you've lost 1 Match.
But it will be GAME OVER after you've lost twice!

These are the Rules:
Banned decks:
Stalling decks, Burn decks, FTK (First Turn Kill) decks, Instant wins (Exodia, Final Countdown, Destiny Board, etc.), Meta decks.

These decks are considered being Meta decks:

Dark World
GraveKeeper
HERO Beat / Bubble Beat
Skill Drain HERO
Alive HERO
Six Samurai
Dino Rabbit
Evilswarm Rabbit
Wind-up
Geargia
Tele-DAD

Moderator of a dorm does not mean that one is in that dorm.
