Zenmaines vs Stardust

Zenmaines' text says:

" Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this effect was used this turn: Target 1 card on the field; destroy it."

His popping effect in the End Phase can only occur once. If Zenmaines has detached a material this turn, when the End Phase comes, it tries to pop a card. Stardust is chained and tributed to negate and destroy Zenmaines, Zenmaines detaches another material to save itself (if any) and then Stardust returns on the field during that same End Phase. No second rime popping for Zenmaines.
